Do you need permission to fly a drone?
Yes. Our drone operator has met the high standards that are approved and regulated by The Civil Aviation Authority of NZ (CAA).
Do you operate in all weather conditions?
Safety is our priority, therefore we cannot operate in wet or windy weather conditions. If the weather changes at short notice, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
Can you climb on my roof and clear the gutters or repair my roof?
No. Drone Dog only provides a spraying service
What products can you spray from your drone?
We are able to use your preferred product for different requirements, provided it meets our environmental standards and is safe for our operator. We clean our tank thoroughly between jobs, ensuring there is no cross-contamination of products.
At what heights can the drone fly and spray at?
We are able to fly at various heights, depending on the surrounding environment. Please contact us and we can discuss whether your specific building or structure is suitable.
How long does it take to spray a roof?
Drone Dog can carry out work quickly and efficiently as there is no need to erect scaffolding or install large height access equipment, however every site is different. Please contact us for further info.
What does Drone Dog need to set up safely?
When we come to your site, we will need vehicle and water access. We will need approximately 10m x 10m to set up a safe flight zone.
